Terms & Access Rules

The seller of record for every purchase, receipt and refund is Lisa Nguyen LLC, operating the Restroom at Santee service.

Product-specific terms displayed before Checkout are incorporated into these Terms.

A Handwashing Only pass is good for one handwashing visit. It does not include restroom access and cannot be reused.

A Single Visit pass is good for one restroom visit. It is valid for one entry and cannot be reused.

An All-Day pass is valid only on the operating day it was assigned to, until we close that day. If you buy while we are closed, the pass is assigned to our next confirmed open day and that date is shown on your pass screen.

A Child Visit pass is good for one restroom visit by one child. It is valid for one entry and cannot be reused. An accompanying adult is responsible for the child at all times.

A Family Visit pass covers the adults and children counted at purchase, arriving together. It is one credential for the group, not one per person, and is valid for one group visit.

A Family All-Day Pass covers the adults and children counted at purchase, arriving together. It is one credential for the group, not one per person. The first admission activates it for that Los Angeles calendar day, and later admissions remain valid until our confirmed closing time that day. If you buy while we are closed, the pass is assigned to our next confirmed open day and that date is shown on your pass screen.

A Launch Single-Use Pass is good for one restroom visit during the promotional period. It is valid for one entry and cannot be reused. Promotional passes expire on the date shown before Checkout and on your pass screen.

A Launch All-Day Pass is valid only on the operating day it was assigned to, until we close that day, during the promotional period. If you buy while we are closed, the pass is assigned to our next confirmed open day within the promotional period and that date is shown on your pass screen.

A membership grants access across multiple days for its stated term, during confirmed operating hours only. Vendor memberships are for a single vendor and are not transferable; we confirm you are a vendor before activating access.

The Founding Membership and the Vendor Annual Membership are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. The Vendor Monthly Membership renews automatically each month until you cancel, at the price and frequency shown beside the recurring-payment authorization at checkout. You can cancel online at any time from your membership page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

The price displayed before Checkout is the price for your purchase. We do not add a separate card-processing surcharge. Any legally required taxes or other charges will be displayed before payment.

Prices may change prospectively, but a change never alters a completed purchase.

Online payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. In-person payments are accepted at the trailer at the same posted prices.

Except where required by law or where we never activate or provide the access purchased, all pass and membership sales are final.

We do not provide refunds for: change of mind; ordinary schedule changes that we announce before your pass or membership is used; failure to use a pass or membership; failure to check confirmed hours or location before visiting; a credential that has already been used or activated; cancellation of the current paid Vendor Monthly period.

If we unexpectedly close before an unused day pass can be used, the pass remains valid for another confirmed operating day. It is not automatically refunded.

Canceling Vendor Monthly stops future renewals. The current paid month remains active through its expiration and is not prorated or refunded, except where required by law.

Refunds remain available only for: duplicate or incorrect charges; unauthorized payments; payments completed while online checkout is paused; payments completed after an enforced sales cutoff; a vendor rejected before membership activation; a purchase we never activate or are unable to provide; and refund rights required by applicable law.

These are operational or legally required corrections — not a customer-facing discretionary refund policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, dispute or other right that cannot legally be waived.

Pass codes, QR codes and membership credentials may not be resold, assigned or transferred except where we expressly permit it. We may refuse or void a credential that has been duplicated, shared, or used fraudulently.

A used, consumed, refunded, revoked, expired, rejected or otherwise invalid credential is refused at the trailer even if you still hold the original email, screenshot or QR image.

We operate a mobile restroom service. Our location, operating hours and availability may change. The site always shows our current confirmed status — please check it before heading over.

The current mobile restroom trailer has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Contact us before visiting if you need current accessibility information.

Lisa Nguyen LLC may assign this Agreement and transfer the future operation, administration and fulfillment of Restroom at Santee passes and memberships to an affiliated entity or successor in connection with a reorganization, formation of a dedicated operating company, merger, sale or transfer of the business. Any successor accepting the assignment will assume the future customer-service obligations assigned to it. We will provide notice if the identity of the service operator or seller changes materially. Customer information will be transferred only as permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may not sell, assign or transfer a pass, membership or credential except where we expressly permit it.

Nothing in this provision eliminates or transfers responsibility that cannot legally be assigned, delegated, waived or released.

Each purchase is stamped with the version of these terms in effect at the time of purchase. If these terms materially change, the new version applies only to later purchases unless you separately accept the change.
