Privacy Policy

If you buy: the product, amount, the operating day or term it is valid for, your credential code, and when it was purchased and used. We keep the email address you verified so we can send your credential, a receipt, or handle a refund.

We also store your acceptance of these terms: the exact consent text, the terms and privacy versions, and the time you accepted.

If you just use the site: basic anonymous usage events, such as taps on directions, phone, email and social links, plus the campaign or link that sent you here.

When staff use the operator tools — looking up or admitting a credential, changing the schedule, issuing a refund, or adding or removing staff — we record who did it, what was affected, whether it succeeded, the time, and the network address of the request. These security records are kept for 24 months and then deleted. They never contain your card details, passwords, or credential tokens.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers and we never store them. Stripe's own privacy terms apply to the payment data it holds.

To honor what you bought, to keep a record of the agreement you accepted, to know which days and channels bring people to the trailer, and to keep the operation running honestly.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with Stripe to process payments, with our email provider to deliver your credential, or when the law requires it.

Purchase, consent and redemption records are kept for accounting, legal and dispute purposes. Ask us to delete your email from a record and we will, unless we need it for an open refund, dispute or legal obligation.

If Lisa Nguyen LLC reorganizes, forms a dedicated operating company, or transfers the business, customer information may be transferred to the successor only as permitted by this policy and applicable law.
